The following conditions apply: Deliveries and shipping costs (including VAT 19%) can be found

Provision of digital content: There are no shipping costs for digital content (data created and provided in digital form).

Shipping terms:

The delivery of the goods is worldwide (subject to change).

Subject to the prior approval of the Federal Office of Economics and Export control (BAFA).

Shipping costs (including statutory value added tax)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge shipping costs at a flat rate of €11.00 per order for orders under 20 kg.

Deliveries abroad: shipping costs

Delivery times:

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods ex works in the domestic market (Germany) within 5-10 working days, for foreign deliveries within 5-21 working days.

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
